We are pleased to accept payment in the form of credit card, check, money order, and purchase order (see purchase order limits below). As a result of many quantity orders, we require a minimum purchase of $20.00. California Residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax. No sales tax will be charged to purchases made outside of California. There is no tax on food or water.

Purchase orders are accepted from most businesses, schools, and organizations. Our Minimum Order for purchase orders is $300.00. Anything under this amount must be purchased prepaid. For first time purchase orders there is a maximum limit of $500.00. This limit will be lifted after prompt receipt of full payment. Any nonpayment will result in rejection of future purchase orders, and late payments may result in the same.
NOTE: Please keep in mind the prices on the website do not include volume discounts. Submit a request for a quote on discounts benefits.
Request for orders and quotes should include:
- Your name and/or company information
- Item number for each item
- Brief description of the item
- Desired quantity
- Your shipping information
NOTE: If your order or quote is time sensitive, type
URGENT on your request.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and packaging. Recent national events and preparations have placed a high demand on the inventory of our vendors. We appreciate your support.
If there is time urgency on your order or quote please type 'URGENT' on the heading of your request. You will be contacted shortly of the additional charges that will be applied to your
Express Service orders prior to shipping. Express Service is only available on items that are currently in stock. Express Service Options may still require 3-4 business days for processing and packaging.
You will be notified after placing your order if an item is being backordered. We also reserve the right to substitute items not in stock with the intent of minimizing the inconvenience of delaying your order.
Shipping charges are calculated after your order is submitted. It is difficult to instantly calculate shipping and handling for many orders (food rations, waters, larger kits, etc.) due to size and weight. You will be contacted shortly after your order shipping and handling charges.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item you ordered you may return for a full refund of the purchase price. Refund amount does not include shipping charges (We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective). Item(s) must be in original condition, damage free, and returned in the original container(s). NOTE: We cannot refund any of our food type products (this includes water).
Notify must be within 10 days of receiving your order. Prior to returning any item you must contact us via email at Support@EmergencySafetyManagement.com. (NOTE: Failure to do so will void your refund). You will then be issued a Return Authorization Code to returning the item(s).
Request for returns should include your:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number and time you can be reached
- What item(s) are being returned
- Reason for returning item
NOTE: Due to mandated health codes, food and water items are non-returnable.
